During the last months I have been thinking a lot about creating a better helpcenter on my homepage.

The helpcenter will consist of 3 types of applications that in the end should increase and speed up the help receieved.

These 3 things are:

  • Forum - Already a part of the website - nothing changed there.
  • Ticket system - This is for registered users who deserve speedy help.
  • Chat - Live chat for the people who is in need of help or information very fast.

As stated the forum is already implemeted -  and will stay the same. The ticket system is something I am about to develop. This ticket system will be offered to registered users as well - in form of a component. 

The deadline for this new helpcenter will be at the end of May.
